The primary focus of this role is to support the end-to-end process for building BBW.com digital products through process support, optimized platform reporting, and presentations.Responsibilities
Use reporting to identify trends, and patterns to identify opportunities to evolve processes to build speed, quality, and agility for the digital platform
Support platform processes related to product support and releases
Deliver metric-driven status reports to the platform on site releases and defects
Collaborate with product teams to provide transparency in the day-to-day operations of all Product Teams
Collaborate with product teams to produce platform reports and presentations
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
2 or more years of experience in a analytical type of role
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel: A strong understanding of Excel including knowledge of formulas, functions, data manipulation, sorting, filtering, pivot tables, and data visualization
Ability to identify trends, patterns, and outliers, as well as conduct statistical analysis and data profiling
Ability to present data in a visually appealing and meaningful way
Familiarity with various data visualization tools and techniques, such as charts, graphs, and interactive dashboards
Clearly demonstrate structured, logical, critical, and analytical thinking
Self-motivated and self-directed with a proven record of results
Strong knowledge of Jira Query Language (JQL) to construct custom dashboards, advanced filters, and reports, preferred
Working knowledge of Agile (Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban) methodologies, preferred
Experience with Jira and ServiceNow, preferred
Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferred
