Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our growing team at Nexmos Design in Columbus, OH. As a key member of the customer service team, you will assist customers with inquiries, provide information about our services, and ensure smooth communication between clients and our design experts. Your role will be vital in maintaining positive relationships and delivering exceptional service.Responsibilities:Assist customers with general inquiries about services, products, and order details.Support customers by resolving issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.Process customer orders and updates, ensuring accuracy and completeness.Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.Work closely with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.Provide feedback and suggestions for improving customer service and processes.Assist in preparing and sending customer communications, such as follow-up emails and surveys.
