What you'll do:

Manage current users of the utility's GIS system.

Monitor the transmission forestry inbox.

Troubleshoot GIS system bugs and contact developers to problem solve.

Monitor & communicate with internal stakeholders on project progress and reporting.

Manage and coordinate aerial bi-annual patrols within the utility’s GIS System for NERC compliance.

Coordinate emergency storm response data.

Update annual circuit patrols utilizing LIDAR information

Basic data entry and validation.

Limited travel < 25%

What you'll need:

Familiarity and experience with Microsoft Office emphasis on utilizing Excel

Familiarity and experience with GIS systems.

Basic understanding of computer code logistics

Customer service experience

Attention to detail and strong record keeping skills

Experience in accounting preferred, not required

Project Management: Responsible for all written communication within the APC graphics order entry system Responsible for gathering graphics information and materials needed to initiate a digital project. Facilitate routing, tracking and execution of digital files needed for APC digital print projects. Manage timelines for projects and expected to be the gatekeeper for milestones, receipt, confirmation and approval of digital print projects.
