The ideal candidate will be an individual who is technically savvy and experienced with supporting, troubleshooting and deploying Apple or Android to end users. Provides technical support for a fleet of Company owned Apple mobile devices
Provides technical support for corporate apps on personal Apple and Android mobile devices
Creates documentation and guides for technician troubleshooting use and for end user self help
Communicates end user issues to tier 3 support
Job Requirements -
Places orders for mobile devices then receives, assigns and ships to end users
Expert knowledge of multiple system environments including networks.
Must have exceptional communication skills with the ability to quickly grasp and adapt to new concepts, technologies and environments.

Ability to effectively utilize available tools and resources to resolve issues.
Excellent customer service and relationship building skills.

When needed, provide desk side support (Level 2) to internal users
Provide Level 2 support to resolve problems escalated by Level 1 or Client IT management.
Provide timely follow-up and status to end users on incidents not resolved immediately.
Escalate and manage service requests according to defined policies and procedures.
Perform troubleshooting, resolution, break/fix, deskside support, hardware/connectivity support, and upgrades on installed equipment.
Repair, service and install desktops, laptops and other peripherals utilized and supported within the Client facility
Perform required hardware repair and software support on all supported systems or work with appropriate warranty vendor.
-As required, install devices with operating system, software load and configuration
Complete onsite project work (example: deployments, replacements, setting up equipment for various business needs)
Exhibits regular, reliable, punctual and predictable attendance
Ability to lift and install PCs, printers, etc. (up to 50 pounds)
Desired Skills & Experience -
Experienced in a Windows OS Environment. MAC OS Support experience a plus.
Mobile Device Management knowledge and/or experience (Microsoft Intune a plus)
Proficient with Microsoft Windows OS, Office 365 Suite, Outlook, Active Directory
Familiarity with PC support tools and software
Ability to work independently
Self-starter, strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload
strong verbal and written communications skills
Position requires attention to detail and accuracy
Experience using Service Now or other incident management and knowledge base systems
