Work will be performed under the Task Order (TO) is intended to be a broad range of technical services to include evaluating, designing, integrating, implementing, automating, and sustaining a highly redundant and scalable infrastructure that supports hosted environments of the DOD Partners. This role requires strong leadership, communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex project environments.Job Description: Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery in accordance with DISA standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of project milestones. Manage help desk operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk assessments. Facilitate training and support for help desk staff on DISA-related queries and procedures. Conduct regular project meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders. Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing corrective actions as needed.Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, master’s in project management) is a plus. Minimum of five (5) years of experience in program management or a related role, with a proven track record of managing complex projects across multiple functional areas, preferably within the DISA. Strong leadership and team management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client relations and team collaboration. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. Strong background in help desk operations, with a focus on customer service. Proficient in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
