Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a PC Technician in Columbus, Ohio. This role is positioned within the tech industry and requires a skillful individual capable of handling various responsibilities related to the maintenance and management of computer systems. The workplace is dynamic and necessitates a comprehensive understanding of PC hardware and software systems.Responsibilities: Manage and respond to customer inquiries, ensuring effective communication and resolution of issues. Implement the configuration management of computer systems, ensuring optimal performance. Utilize knowledge of Dell Technologies, Microsoft, and EO/IR systems for maintaining and troubleshooting hardware and software. Oversee the deployment of new systems and updates, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Leverage skills in Networking and Active Directory to maintain and improve interconnectivity within the company's computer systems. Ensure smooth operation of computer hardware, promptly addressing any malfunctions or technical issues. Provide deskside support to users, assisting with technical issues and ensuring a smooth user experience. Maintain a strong understanding of Operating Systems to manage and troubleshoot systems efficiently. Implement and manage PC skills in daily tasks, ensuring efficient use of computer resources. Maintain accurate customer credit records and process customer credit applications when necessary.
