Job DescriptionApplications Service Excellence (ASE) is looking for an experienced program manager responsible for training and content development to drive strategic initiatives that support our business, our customers, and the exciting transformation underway across the organization.This position is responsible for designing and developing our global ASE specific training and development program in partnership with our Organization Design, Digital Learning Content teams. Scope of the program includes in addition to leading this area, also content creation and training delivery for ASE employees. The individual will join us at a pivotal time as we design the future of supporting critical initiatives on a large scale, connecting the dots across these efforts to resonate with our employees and equip them with the knowledge they need to succeed. This position reports to the Senior Director of Business Transformation in ASE.The ideal candidate has extensive curriculum design, program management skills and has managed employee, customer, and process improvement initiatives. This individual should possess experience in training/development efforts and are able to provide detailed examples of their past direct involvement in efforts that resulted in organizational maturity. The ideal candidate will also have a strong background in learning development, change management, and consultative stakeholder management. They have experience building and maintaining content using advanced systems and tools. A strategic thinker, they remain calm under pressure and have a proven track record of successfully rolling out training programs. They excel at connecting the dots across projects, understanding the broader business impact, and consistently deliver high-quality work while collaborating with high-level executives and colleagues under tight deadlines.Qualifications for ASE Program Manager, Training & Development

Bachelor's degree in business, training and development, or related field.

10+ years of experience in training and development.

Proven success at rolling out training and development programs.

Skilled in influencing and collaborating across all levels and roles.

Proficient with training software, methodologies, and best practices.

Extensive experience with training and curriculum platforms.

Expertise in content curation, development, and communication tools.

Strong presentation skills, with experience delivering content to large audiences.

Experienced in large-scale change management and influencing senior stakeholders.

Consultative approach to assessing and prioritizing needs.

Creative, collaborative, and resourceful with strong interpersonal skills.

Proven track record of completing projects within scope, budget, and timeline.

Lead ASE's Training and Development initiatives/programs.

Develop and execute a training strategy aligned with ASE priorities.

Create and execute program plans.

Design and maintain training materials to support ASE programs.

Deliver training to ensure ASE employees are qualified.

Update training documentation and collateral as needed.

Review and assess training programs for continuous improvement.

Create project plans to guide training efforts.

Collaborate with key teams on content creation.

Develop training materials to encourage tool adoption.

Partner with Oracle Development, Digital Content group to curate content.

Administer key training tools like GROW.

Create reusable training templates for ASE.

Set KPIs to measure training success.

Provide regular updates to stakeholders on progress.

Apply best practices throughout training development and execution.

Monitor and adjust training efforts as necessary.

Present updates to key stakeholders regularly.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits.
