Project Manager Field CommunicationsBrand: Bath & Body WorksLocation: Columbus, OH, USLocation Type: HybridJob ID: 04D32Job Area: Store OperationsEmployment type: Full-timeDescriptionThe Project Manager – Field Communications drives evolution and supports the execution of the communication strategy in the Zipline communication platform. In addition, they drive the store operations strategy and agendas for the Win at Holiday field taskforce throughout the year. They are an advocate for the field and collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver streamlined communication and support. Responsibilities
Drive evolution in the Zipline communication platform by creating and executing a yearly communication roadmap, partnering closely with the Zipline account manager.
Identify opportunities and recommend changes to platform and processes to drive internal and external efficiencies.
Support with editing, reviewing, and day-to-day operational communication to stores via Zipline ensuring it is clear, concise, and consistent with brand standards as needed.
Proactively gather feedback from stores and field leaders on communication to identify trends and patterns to make streamline and make improvements.
Support the end-to-end Win at Holiday strategy including charter, communication strategy, feedback and hindsight.
Partner cross-functionally to create agendas and meeting content for the WAY taskforce meetings (virtual and in person).
Partner closely with the Specialist, Communication on execution.
QualificationsQualifications & Experience
3-5 years of retail management or applicable experience in communications related roles
Ability to prioritize and ensure execution of critical workstreams
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Experience with influencing and collaborating with cross-functional groups
Strong ability to influence and negotiate effectively with all levels across the organization
Ability to facilitate group meetings
Experience with the Zipline communication platform a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe InDesign is a plus
