The Senior Recruiter joining this dynamic and results-driven p team will manage full life cycle recruiting for professional and field leadership positions, and play a key part in supporting AWP Safety’s continued growth by developing and executing strategic recruiting plans. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing  and placing top talent across the company, helping to drive our success and expansion.Responsibilities:  Partner with hiring teams to become a recruiting consultant and strategic business partner to clients.Design and implement aggressive recruitment sourcing and advertising strategies including targeted recruitment strategies.Utilize innovative and creative recruitment methodologies in a cost effective and timely manner with the aim of limiting outside recruiting agency fees.Lead and participate in targeted hiring events and attend professional networking events/conferences.Track candidates properly for compliance, measure and report on applicant flow and source effectiveness.Partner with human resources business partners to make salary recommendations to hiring managers and negotiate salaries with potential hires.Build relationships with internal talent to help with succession planning and advise on internal moves.Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency, ensuring more cost-effective and timely hiring.Leverage internal people data and insights in addition to external labor market analysis to help clients make more informed decisions.Provide general market intelligence and research on our competitors to leaders and hiring managersParticipate in strategic projects across human resources and beyond, including tool implementation, process improvements, employer branding, etc.Proactively help other members of our team accomplish their goals - and raise your hand to help when you have capacity.Provide weekly updates to hiring managers on recruiting efforts, result of efforts, and continuously refine recruiting strategy as needed.
