General repair and construction skills are required. Work includes:
Exterior repairs- trim, soffit, flashing, doors, windows, decks, fences, roofs, and concrete patches. THIS INCLUDES THE USE OF LADDERS.
Interior repairs- plumbing, drywall, appliances, garage doors, electric, and carpentry.
THIS IS AN HOURLY POSITION PAID WEEKLY. Pay increase after probation period.
