We are looking to hire someone full time to renovate and repair our warehouse, specifically:
- Garage door repair
- Sewage and drain cleaning
- Painting
- Basic electrical work
Working Conditions -
Exposure to outdoor weather conditions
Exposure to loud noise, dust, or wet environment
Exposure to hazardous conditions (e.g., construction sites, heavy machinery)
Set schedule (M-F 8am-5pm, one hour lunch)
No holidays, rare Saturday morning work
