We are a sought after property preservation company seeking responsible subcontractors to work as independent contractors in and around the metro area. Tasks to be performed are consistent with our property preservation business. This includes but is not limited to the following:
Initial secures/Lock changes/Rekeys
Winterizing vacant properties/Chimney Capping
Debris removal/trash outs/Hauling trash
Ability to determine personal property
Inspecting properties for quality compliance
Reporting property conditions
Securing and board-up services
Communicating with our home office efficiently
Janitorial and sales/maid cleaning of homes
And more
Equipment must haves:
Winterization equipment: generator, air compressor w/ gauge & hose fittings, shop vac, etc.
Smartphone: ability to upload photos before, during, and after repairs/maintenance
To work with us, requirements are as follows: current property preservation experience, high level work ethic, meeting deadlines, strong organization skills, and good communication. Experience utilizing property preservation apps is a HUGE Plus.
Upon retaining services, we require W-9, Business License, General Liability Insurance, and direct deposit/direct transfer information. Please note our preferred method is direct transfer via Zelle. Compensation remitted per trip and/or per work order fully completed.
We are seeking crews to join our vendor network. Immediate work is available for those with experience, able to pass a background check with Aspen Grove or those who possess an ABC#.
