Must love people! We're looking to add a fun and friendly person to our team that has experience with next level customer service. You will be working at our beautiful, boutique studio in Pickerington.
The right person will be smart, friendly, a natural conversationalist, and instantly connect with people. The ability to be a skillful communicator, and especially able to speak clearly, succinctly and accurately is important.
If you have a positive attitude and are deeply tenacious, especially when faced with classic challenges of phone sales, you are the person we want to talk with! in additional to the right attitude and experience the right person will be authentic, trustworthy, and committed to excellence.
Phone sales will be the primary part of the job, around 90%, but we would also like you to be a team player and help out in other areas of the studio. We are a small staff and everyone has their specialized role, but we all help each other out to make everything happen to best serve our clients.
Pay is negotiable based upon experience, but we do offer a good starting rate. Occasional evenings and weekends will be required.
