Maintenance Technician - Delaware Ohio
We are seeking individuals to work part time and full time Monday- Friday.
Maintenance Technician with at least 1-2 years of experience in Multi-family property maintenance. Responsibilities include hands on day-to-day maintenance of apartments in Delaware Ohio.
Knowledge of building maintenance, plumbing, electrical and a keen eye for detail are a must. HVAC certification is a plus but not necessary. This position requires that the applicant has communication and customer service skills and the ability to operate as part of a cohesive team.
Responsibilities include working with senior maintenance supervisor to:
-Troubleshoot and perform all necessary repairs to the apartment community, including plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical.
-Ensure resident requested service orders are completed on a timely basis.
-Assist in maintaining the exterior of the property to provide clean and acceptable curb appeal at all times.
-Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
-A minimum of 1 year or related experience.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Ability to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines.
-Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs.
-HVAC certification is a plus but not necessary.
