Job Description:
Tailored Homes is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Construction Payment Coordinator to join our team. This role involves working directly with clients and subcontractors to ensure smooth financial transactions and inspections during the custom home building process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct walk-throughs with clients/homeowners to assess the progress and quality of their custom home.
- Perform inspections to ensure work meets company standards and specifications.
- Collect payments from clients following successful walk-throughs.
- Complete work inspections for subcontractors and issue approval upon successful completion.
- Disburse payments to subcontractors following approved inspections.
- Maintain excellent communication with clients, subcontractors, and team members throughout the process.
Qualifications:
- Clean-cut and professional appearance.
- Ability to lift up to 150 pounds.
- Reliable transportation.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Strong phone and persuasive skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of construction terminology and skills.
