Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated, self-driven, independent Sales professional to generate leads for country’s largest solar installer while working inside big box home improvement retail store

Duties
-Show up for scheduled shift Thursday -Sunday
- Engage with customers, assist them finding products in store
-Initiate general conversation about solar & set appointment with customer for tech to review their home to see if solar is a good fit
Skills
- Experience in sales & talking to people
(prior experience with car, timeshare , door to door or other direct sales very helpful)
-Ability to work independently without supervision, problem solving ability
- Reliable transportation
- working smartphone, familiar with basic technology
- comfortable working a straight commission position
- must pass background check
