Arlington is a residential concrete company specializing in decorative and custom concrete projects.
We need trained and experienced concrete finishers only.
Finishers: $25 to $32 per hour plus bonuses. Must be insurable to drive company equipment. Show up on time every day unless authorized. You must have all the tools and knowledge of equipment used in concrete construction. Willing to learn. Can perform all aspects of finishing and form setting—ability to lift 50 to 80 lbs.
Before reading further, you must answer YES to the following:
1. I show up to work every day. No excuses.
2. I am a team player. Teamwork is essential, and you will not last if the team does not approve of your work ethic.
2. I have reliable transportation to get to work EVERY day.
We have 40 to 45 (overtime paid) hours or more a week during the concrete season and take the winters off to rest (and you get unemployment).
We have paid holidays.
Rare that we work weekends, but it happens occasionally.
Note: If you call off work frequently, don't waste your time. You will not be with us long. We do not have time to waste on those who do not want to be here. We want people who want to be part of a long-term team. The owner is a former Marine, so we work hard and get things done—that's how all team members should be.
