Description We are seeking a Benefits Specialist to join our team in Dayton, Ohio. This role involves managing employee benefits, processing claims, and handling related administrative tasks. The role is a short-term contract position and is based in our office in Dayton.Responsibilities: Manage and process employee benefits including enrollments and terminations Administer COBRA, 401K, employee compensation, and other benefit programs Handle claims administration and troubleshoot any issues related to claims Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of benefits and compensation Use tools like Cisco Webex Meetings and CRM for efficient communication and management Assist in auditing processes related to compensation and benefits to ensure compliance Utilize skills in Microsoft Excel to generate relevant reports and analyze data Respond to employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefit programs Provide support for various HR functions as needed Participate in the open enrollment process and provide assistance to employees.For immediate consideration, call Alison at 937.224.8326Requirements Proficiency in using Cisco Webex Meetings for virtual communication and collaboration Experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems to manage and analyze customer interactions and data Knowledge of auditing principles and practices to ensure compliance with regulations and standards Understanding of benefit functions, including designing, planning and implementation of benefits policies Experience in claim administration to manage and resolve benefits claims effectively Familiarity with Cobra Administration to manage health insurance plans Strong communication skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders such as employees, management, and benefits providers Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
