Coldwater Cafe in Tipp City is hiring for a lunch line cook five days a week. This is an hourly position with a negotiable rate. Estimated working hours are from 8 am - 4 pm Tuesday and 9 am to 5 pm Wednesday through Saturday. Closed Sundays and Mondays. We are a fine dining, independently owned establishment that creates menu items from scratch: sauces to desserts. The lunch line cook is expected to set up the line, as well as prepare all lunch tickets within 15 minutes. Other job duties include completing a daily prep sheet and assisting in the dish tank. Applicants must be fluent in grill and sautee, have knowledge of proper fish and meat cooking temps, know how to use a slicer, have knife skills, and must be able to lift 50 pounds. This job will be spent 99% on your feet. Flexibility to scheduling needs, time management, attention to detail, and punctuality are important.
