Responsibilities - General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, appliance repair, cabinet repair and not limited to preventative maintenance. MUST have a working knowledge of HVAC systems to maintain repair and replace.
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required. Must be willing to be on call for emergencies. Please submit resume and salary requirements.
Hours are Monday - Friday 9:00-5:00
