THE POSITION: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects from initiation through delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and leadership skills, experience managing budgets and timelines, and the ability to align diverse stakeholders toward a common goal. These results are achieved by:Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless project execution.Lead project meetings, track progress, and communicate clearly with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.Monitor and control project performance using appropriate tools and techniques (e.g., KPIs, status reports).Ensure projects meet quality standards and regulatory compliance requirements.Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.Drive continuous improvement by documenting lessons learned and best practices.Devise and implement best practices for project delivery via existing tools such as JIRA, Confluence, etc.Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias.All other duties as assigned
