Job Title: Sr. Specialist, Project Engrg Job ID: 11316 Job Location: S&S – Mason, OH Schedule: 9/80 R Job Description: The Senior Project Engineer position involves the technical leadership and oversight of the requirements, design, analysis, development, test & evaluation of electrical and mechanical systems that support infrared products. Responsibilities include managing program risk, day to day execution of production programs and completion of production milestones. Individual will be responsible for leading a multi-disciplined engineering team. Work closely with the Program Manager, assigned engineering team, manufacturing, quality and other departments as necessary to expedite project completion and most importantly meet the customer expectations. Recent experience with team leadership experience is required. Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Serves as lead on technical proposals and program execution

Proactively manages risk, including identification and mitigation plans, and issue elevation and resolution

Effectively communicates status to stakeholders, including organizational leadership, multifunctional teams, and the customer

Solves problems with a calm sense of urgency

Demonstrates operational discipline and ownership

Maintains scope control through disciplined change management

Responsibilities include system engineering and requirements, management of new and existing hardware products, new development project execution

Coordinates all technical aspects of the project to meet scope, schedule and design to cost goals

Performs technical analysis/feasibility for new product specifications, evaluates customer specifications, and supports cost/technical proposal generation

Uses project management practices for resource planning, personnel oversight, and cost/schedule tracking

Ensures that all engineering-related internal processes are followed by the project design team

Leads team which completes Requirements Definition, Requirement Management, Technical Solution, Product Integration, Verification and Validation

Interfaces effectively with people at all levels and from diverse technical backgrounds

Serves as the technical point of contact for customers

Provides leadership to teams and guidance to less experienced staff members

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in engineering and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.

4 years or more experience with demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills through the preparation and presentation of design reviews, proposals and program status .

4 years or more experience using Root Cause Analysis techniques.

Ability to travel 10% is required

Ability to obtain a Security Clearance from the US Government which requires US Citizenship.

Preferred Additional Skills:

Military customer experience

PMP certification

Previous experience as a control account manager (CAM) in an earned value management system (EVMS) environment

Previous experience with sensors

Previous experience with space products

POSITION SUMMARY: The Pain Management - Medical Education Specialist is responsible for supporting programs and initiatives associated with company representative and HCP education. The position will work closely with marketing and sales leadership to develop and deliver content for external pain management education. This role will support specific healthcare professional training activities including hands-on HCP training courses, digital platform, and virtual training offerings. Lastly, the Pain Management - Medical Education Specialist will support initiatives to elevate our current program by expanding the offerings for HCP training and education.
