Description We are in the process of recruiting a Receptionist for our facility based in Mentor, Ohio, 44060, United States. This role is within the industry and offers a short term contract employment opportunity. The selected candidate will be tasked with managing the test center and ensuring that all procedures are carried out efficiently and effectively.Responsibilities: Administration of the test center, ensuring smooth operations. Verify the identities of individuals prior to test administration. Regular patrol of the test room to ensure adherence to rules and prevent cheating. Drafting and submission of comprehensive reports on test administration. Frequent movement within the test room to maintain vigilance. Utilize various software systems including accounting and CRM for administrative tasks. Answering inbound calls and responding to inquiries. Perform clerical duties including billing functions. Utilize 'About Time' and other computer programs for effective time management. Create and manage banner ads as part of the reception duties.
