Avery Dennison is looking for a Maintenance Technician to ensure maximum operational uptime for our facility and manufacturing equipment. In this role, you will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical systems, and drive root-cause solutions to keep our operations running safely and efficiently.Shift:  C Team, 7pm-7am, 2-2-3Hiring rate: $32-$40 per hour based on experienceKey Responsibilities:Troubleshoot & Repair: Diagnose, inspect, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control systems using schematics, blueprints, and diagnostic tools.Preventative Maintenance: Follow predictive and preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime, reduce waste, and improve machine performance.Electrical & Automated Systems: Install, inspect, and repair motors, wiring, switchboards, relays, and circuit breakers in compliance with safety standards.Continuous Improvement: Partner with production teams and engineers to identify root causes of equipment issues and implement long-term fixes.Safety & Quality: Inspect and maintain shop equipment in alignment with OSHA standards while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace.Facility Support: Support general facility upkeep, including HVAC, plumbing, and routine grounds maintenance as needed.
