CNC MachinistJob DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong experience in operating and programming CNC mills and lathes, with the ability to set up and machine their own parts. This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a variety of machining equipment and materials.Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC mills, CNC lathes, horizontal and vertical machining centers, vertical turret lathes (VTL), and boring mills.
Machine a variety of materials including cast grey ductile iron, stainless steel, mild steel, aluminum, bronze, brass, copper, super alloys, and tool steels.
Program using Mastercam and operate machines with Fanuc controls.
Read and interpret blueprints.
Use micrometers, calipers, and gauges for quality checks on parts.
Essential Skills
5+ years of CNC Machining experience.
Ability to set up, operate, and machine own parts.
Mastercam programming experience.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.
