In this role, you will oversee and manage our shared services functions, including finance, human resources, and procurement. Your mission will be to drive efficiency, standardize processes, and ensure high-quality service delivery across the organization through strategic partnerships.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement the strategic vision for the shared services organization.Lead and manage shared services teams to align with organizational goals.Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.Optimize budgets, resources, and vendor relationships for cost efficiency.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.Act as the primary contact for strategic partners and resolve escalations.Lead the Global Process Owners (GPO) network and manage high-performing teams.Ensure efficient, consistent, and customer-focused service delivery.Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).Provide regular performance reports to senior leadership.Identify and implement process improvements to reduce costs and streamline operations.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support business objectives.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and standards.Proactively manage risks related to shared services operations.Oversee internal GBS centers in Poznan, Poland, and Medellin, Colombia.
