Blue Fox Management is one of the largest property preservation companies in the Mid-West and Northeast and we continue to expand! We are looking for hard working, reliable contractors for snow removal IMMEDIATELY. These are foreclosed, vacant homes. You will be required to remove snow from any walkways, sidewalks or pathways leading to the home as well as the driveway*. Each property should only Take 12-20 minutes. Our current contractors typically complete 20-25 properties each snow event each day.
We have over 500 properties available in Ohio including but are specifically in need of crews in the Findlay/Fostoria/Tiffin area. Crews can choose as little or as many properties as they can handle in a 48-hour period as well as a location. PLEASE don't take more than you can complete.
Contractors are required to take 13-15 pictures through our app so a smartphone is required as well as reliable transportation and own equipment. Snow can be removed with a city ordinance at any depth and then again after 3". A GREAT way to make a LOT of money each storm.
