Position Title: Invoicing & Collections Specialist Reports To: Invoicing & Collections Manager  Pay: 39,500.00-51,000.00 a year on a hourly basis with up to a 15% annual bonus. Konecranes is looking for a proficient Invoicing & Collections Specialist to invoice customers and collect outstanding payments. The Invoicing & Collections Specialist is responsible for invoicing within SAP, and for all aspects of collections including resolving customer billing problems and reducing accounts receivable delinquency. Our Invoicing & Collection Specialist must have 2 years of minimum collections experience and should exhibit professionalism and trustworthiness. They should be well organized and have a high attention to detail. They should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be able to work in a team or independently. Principal Responsibilities:Review invoicing data for accuracy and ensure compliance to customer requirementsComplete the invoicing process within SAPSend invoices to end customersMaintain customer contact information and billing requirementsComplete customer follow-up to ensure the receipt of invoice and payment expectationsFollow up with customers with an outstanding AR balanceProvide feedback to management regarding late paying customersAssist in resolving customer disputes, sometimes working with other internal groupsSubmit invoices to customer third party billing sites as requiredOther administrative tasks as required
