 JOB POSITION SUMMARY                                                                                           The position of Subcontractor Compliance Specialist requires a highly detail-oriented person with strong organizational skills to manage the onboarding process and compliance requirements for subcontractors. Success in this position has a direct impact on the day-to-day operations of the use of subcontractors in the performance of work with and on behalf of Konecranes.  This role ensures that subcontractors meet and maintain compliance requirements as defined within the Region Americas Subcontractor Policy.  Performance is measured in your ability to complete the prequalification process working with all required departments to onboard new subcontractors. Compensation: 44,000.00-46,000.00 with a 10% bonus structure. RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage communications within the Subcontractor InboxCommunicate with Konecranes team/requestors on new subcontractor requestsProvide compliance documentation to new subcontractors and answer questionsMaintain electronic files for each subcontractorWork with Legal, Safety and other departments if required to facilitate the prequalification process and ensure success within the program.Communicate with all required disciplines regarding issues or challenges that may ariseDetermine if a subcontractor will be blocked due to non-complianceContact all subcontractors annually to obtain required documentationMaintain the Subcontractor Excel worksheetAssist with other duties within the group due to heavy workload or special projects.
