Ensures production goals of dock/city bills per hour and on-time service are at or above company established goals.
Coordinates staffing levels and employee training to provide maximum productivity.
Enforces compliance of all company policies and procedures, safety rules and governmental regulations.
Facilitates good employee relations through motivation, feedback, and coaching.
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of freight terminal operations supervisory experience
Bachelor's degree
Knowledge of AS400
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ability to work extended hours, including nights and weekends as necessary
