We are looking for a motivated Door and Window Installation Helper to join our team. This is a full-time opportunity with the potential to grow into a lead installer role. You will work alongside our experienced professionals, gaining hands-on training and industry knowledge to eventually run your own crew.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the installation of doors and windows in residential settings
Ensure proper fit, alignment, and secure placement of all doors and windows
Handle tools and materials safely and efficiently
Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment
Deliver excellent customer service and uphold professionalism on job sites
Support lead installers with measurements, adjustments, and finishing work
Troubleshoot and resolve minor installation issues as needed
Requirements:
Prior experience in door and window installation (training provided, but a background in the trade is required)
Ability to lift heavy materials and work on ladders or scaffolding as needed
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
Commitment to safety protocols and workplace cleanliness
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
