As an Inspector Level 3 here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our aerospace products. You will be accountable for inspecting and testing components, assemblies, and finished products to ensure they meet the required specifications and standards. Your attention to detail and expertise in inspection techniques will contribute to the overall safety and reliability of our aerospace products.You will report directly to our Inspection Supervisor and you'll work out of our Urbana, OH location.In this role, you will impact the quality and performance of our aerospace products by conducting thorough inspections and tests. Your expertise will contribute to the delivery of high-quality products to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and maintaining our reputation as a guide in the aerospace industry.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform inspections and tests on components, assemblies, and finished products according to established procedures and specifications

Document and report inspection results, including any non-conformances or deviations from specifications

Work with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions

Maintain inspection equipment and ensure its calibration and functionality

Adhere to all safety and quality regulations and standards

High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Minimum of 3 years of experience in inspection or quality control in the aerospace industry

Knowledge of inspection techniques and tools

Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret technical specifications

WE VALUE

Associate's degree in a technical field

ASQ certification (e.g., CQI, CQT)

Experience with aerospace quality management systems (e.g., AS9100)

Familiarity with aerospace regulations and standards (e.g., FAA, EASA)

Strong problem-solving and thoughtful skills
