J.P. Morgan Wealth Management- Vice President, Business Support Operations Manager

The Business Support Operations Manager will support and lead a team that is responsible for evaluating JP Morgan Wealth Management Service Centers and National Branch processes for compliance with regulations and procedures. Effective decision making, and collaboration is necessary to advance operational quality through root cause analysis and process improvement. This role involves understanding the business expectations, conducting quality assessments, and addressing concerns promptly. Effective communication and knowledge of investment trading processes and account servicing are essential for success in this position.Job responsibilities

Lead and mentor team of quality assurance analyst, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.

Develop and implement robust quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the performance of the quality assurance process and identify areas for improvement.

Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in quality assurance and control testing.

Partner with cross functional teams to identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains.

Act as a champion for quality within the organization, promoting a customer-centric mindset and driving a culture of excellence.

Proactively identify and mitigate quality risks, ensuing timely resolution of issues

Audit Liaison

Create a culture of risk and control that acts with appropriate understanding and urgency; with ultimate responsibility to safeguard our customers and our business.

Conduct end to end Process reviews.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Proven experience in a leadership capacity, ability to motivate at an individual and team level;

5 years of experience in the securities and investment industry preferred

Control or Business Control Background preferred.

Demonstrated ability to network, partner and influence leaders in various parts of the organization to move the business forward.

Strong understanding of quality management principles, methodologies, and tools

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.

Ability to balance producing strong results with proper risk management.

Strong compliance record in previous position(s)

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; extremely organized and adaptive to change.

Strong communication skills, attention to detail and excellent follow-through; highly professional and experienced in creating and presenting information to large audiences at various levels of the organization.

Demonstrated knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.) and various file manipulation skills

Strong commitment to upholding a sound risk and controls environment.

FINRA Series 7 preferred

Bachelor's Degree preferred
