Collaborates with the Offboarding Manager and oversees a team of Offboarding CoordinatorsDevelops and implements strategies to improve and streamline the offboarding processEnsures timely offboarding, tracks pending cases, and communicates with department managers regarding unresponsive team membersOversees daily department workflow, supports critical needs, and coordinates national-level initiativesProvides constructive and timely performance evaluationsPerforms other related duties as assigned
