Senior Accountant

Description Robert Half is partnering with a company looking for a Senior Accountant. This is a fully remote position. CPA & experience with SAAS companies highly preferred.Responsibilities, in part:Build and orchestrate scalable accounting processes, such as month and quarter end close processes.Prepare monthly GL account entries, account reconciliations, adjustments, and maintain supporting documentation.Manage the day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.Perform revenue recognition entries compliant with ASC 606 guidelines.Perform monthly P& L analysis.Develop and maintain up-to-date accounting processes and procedures.Manage the preparation of tax returns.Complete monthly bank reconciliations for all cash and credit card accounts ensuring accounts are balanced and reconciled.Requirements 3+ years of relevant public accounting and/or industry experience.BA or BS in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA highly preferredSAAS company experience highly preferredAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsFluent in US GAAP; with a strong emphasis on ASC 606 complianceHighly proficient in Excel and experience working with large datasetsExperience working with accounting systems such as Quickbooks Online and/or experience working with ERP systems such as NetSuite or SageRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies. Location:Smiths Mill Health CampusText One Of Our Recruiters:Whitney (502) 735-0948What We\'re Looking For: Here\'s what you\'ll do when you join us: Lead the organization and implementation of campus programs and activities while evaluating performance. Assist department leaders in the execution of performance evaluations for their team members. Ensure all policies and procedures are being met by department leaders while promoting cross-functional teamwork. Serve as the campus representative with outside agencies including governmental agencies and third-party payers. Inspect the campus on a routine basis to guarantee policies/procedures are followed and Trilogy Service Standards are met. Participate in campus surveys/inspections made by authorized governmental agencies.
