Acumatica is hiring a Senior Implementation Consultant for our growing team. The Services Implementation Consultant leads the deployment of Acumatica solutions by collaborating with clients to understand business requirements, configure software, and ensure successful go-live outcomes. This role bridges technical capabilities with business processes, driving value through tailored implementations and ongoing client support.Responsibilities:Lead implementation projects by managing timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful deployment.Gather and analyze client business requirements through discovery sessions and documentation review to inform solution design.Configure software modules based on client specifications and best practices to meet operational needs.Conduct system testing and validation to ensure configurations meet functional and technical requirements.Train end-users and client stakeholders on functionality and processes to promote adoption and self-sufficiency.Provide post-implementation support including issue resolution, optimization recommendations, and system enhancements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product development, support, and sales to ensure alignment and client satisfaction.Document implementation activities including configuration details, decisions, and lessons learned for internal knowledge sharing.Stay current on product updates and industry trends to continuously improve implementation strategies and client outcomes.Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to internal initiatives that enhance delivery efficiency and quality.Maintain strong client relationships by acting as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation lifecycle.
