The Office Administrator position is responsible for providing clerical, administrative, and other general office services in order to increase the efficiency of office functions. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty listed below satisfactorily. Collect and enter data into spreadsheets and company software.
Contacting past due accounts via email and phone call.
Perform checks of the accuracy of data in spreadsheets and software.
Answer work related correspondence.
Work on seasonal color proposal projects
Answering and returning calls to handle client requests (scheduling, billing requests, new client questions, general correspondence)
Diligently attends to details and pursues quality in accomplishing tasks.
Must have the ability to work independently without supervision.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Must be able to prioritize to meet goals.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Must be able to work as a team and independently.
Ability to concentrate on repetitive tasks for extended periods of time.
This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers and filing cabinets.
Preferred Education and Experience
Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Experience: 1+ years’ experience in administrative role
Computer Skills: Basic Microsoft skills, adobe, and Google sheets; ability to use Google workspace tools
Additional Eligibility Qualifications
Must be able to accomplish any and all duties with little to no assistance.
