Description Robert Half is seeking a candidate for an Accounts Payable (A/P) Clerk that is able to start asap. Located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, the Accounts Payable Clerk will be a long-term contract / temporary position. Career growth and quick advancement is available in this progressive department. The Accounts Payable Clerk will match and batch code invoices, resolve A/P issues, process expense reports, update and reconcile sub-ledger to G/L, and process checks.How you will make an impact
Organize, register, scan, and file invoices, checks, and other documents
Assist internal business partners with any customer services needs
Handle administrative tasks for the AP/Finance Department
Conduct full-cycle A/P
Provide internal and external audit assistance as required
Verify, log and send checks, including facilitating special handling
Carry out additional tasks as assigned
Carry out daily processes and controls accurately and on time, and ensure compliance with company policies
Open, organize, and distribute department mail daily Requirements - Working knowledge of spreadsheets and databases
AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting, Business or similar preferred
Be detailed, flexible, and organized
Articulate customer service and interpersonal skills, especially when interacting with those in the technical and financial backgrounds
Microsoft Office 365 experience
Deep understanding of data processing
Identify Anomalies experience
Advanced Data Store Object (ADSO) experience preferred
Experience with Communication Skills
Prior experience in an A/P role preferred
