Job DescriptionGSCO Global Support Deal Desk AnalystThe GSCO (Global Sales and Consulting Operations) Deal Desk Team is responsible for supporting the North American Applications and Tech Cloud sales teams from Enablement, Quoting, Approvals through to Booking and Provisioning. We are currently looking for a hard-working individual to work within the North American Deal Desk Team.The GSCO Deal Desk Analyst will report to the Deal Desk Manager and will be responsible for providing high quality, responsive support to Oracle’s Global Sales teams- helping them navigate the Quote to Cash process.Successful candidates will have experience in supporting either internal or external customers. Professional-level English, written and verbal skills, and a commitment to high quality customer service are also essential.Job duties are varied and complex, needing independent judgment and include but are not limited to:
Troubleshoot and resolve complex queries
Act as knowledge expert on the Sales end to end processes and systems
Provide updates/training to other colleagues within area of expertise
Act as a bridge between the sales team and various other supporting functions (GSCO, Deal Management, Product Management, AR, Collections, Credit Team, Order Management, Approvals, Business Practices, Revenue Recognition, Incentive Compensation, etc.)
Gain an understanding of the business priorities and challenges of the Global Sales Reps and Managers
Meet Deal Desk KPIs and targets
Communicate activity metrics to Deal Desk management
Undertake admin responsibilities as required
Keep current on new product releases and enhancements
Undertake other projects as required
Skills:

Experience in supporting Sales Representative
Knowledge of the Oracle Sales Process, tools and teams

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
