I am looking for qualified individuals that have tools, common sense and knowledge to do the job. This is the hourly position I do not sub any work out. Mainly we are doing make ready work right now and small turns examples are putting light switches on GFI’s toilets shower-heads faucet washer boxes, shut off valves, touchup paint light, drywall, electrical, and plumbing. There will be times that we run across things that go farther in depth than these, so please don’t waste my time or yours saying you have tools or knowledge to complete job and dont. these jobs are around Oklahoma City metro, so transportation is a must showing up on time is a must as well.
