Duties:
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work orders to determine materials required and assembly instructions
- Use power tools, hand tools, and other equipment to assemble components according to specifications
- Inspect finished products for quality and ensure they meet company standards
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and make necessary adjustments
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines
Skills:
- Requires a minimum of 3 years of similar work experience in assembly or construction experience, or equivalent combination of technical school, on-the-job training and work experience
-Proficiency in using power tools, hand tools, and other equipment commonly used in assembly
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of assembly techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work orders
- Experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
