Monday -Friday 8 am to 5 pm
You Would be in charge of scheduling work orders for a vacant and occupied properties. Helping track and pull materials.
Must be proficient with a computer. Office experience Preferred. 
Have good customer service skills, phone adequate.
Must be able to take direction.
Be able to multitask between different programs.
Have an eye for detail. As you will be looking over the techs photos. 
Benefit package after your 90 days probation period.
On the job training is available we will teach you how to run our software program.
Must be proficient, reliable, dependable, and professional.
Must have reliable transportation. 
Starting pay is $12 hour possible raise after your 90 day probation period.
