You will see a blue an white shield in front of our office doors.
Monday -Friday 8 am to 5 pm
You Would be in charge of scheduling work orders for a vacant and occupied properties. Helping track and pull materials. Making sure techs turn in their unused parts and tools. Keeping warehouse cleaned an organized. Looking over photos on jobber (an app we use) making sure the techs did the job they was supposed to. Talking to tenants scheduling appointments and doing curtesy calls.
Must be proficient with a computer. Office experience Preferred. reliable as this is a full time position.
Have good customer service skills, phone adequate.
Must be able to take direction.
Be able to multitask between different programs.
Have an eye for detail. As you will be looking over the techs photos. 
Benefit package after your 90 days probation period. Vacation pay, sick pay an holiday pay.
On the job training is available we will teach you how to run our software program.
Must be proficient, reliable, dependable, and professional.
Must have reliable transportation. 
Starting pay is $12 hour possible raise after your 90 day probation period. If you have a great work history with scheduling experience and your very good with a computer we would be open to starting out at $13 depending on experience.
