About the Role
We’re seeking a motivated and driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing construction services team. This is a remote, full-time position focused on selling both commercial and residential construction services. You’ll work with a steady stream of qualified leads provided by the company, while also developing your own pipeline through follow-ups and relationship building.

Responsibilities
Contact and qualify incoming leads (phone, email, CRM).
Present and explain our range of commercial and residential construction services.
Follow up consistently with potential clients and maintain strong relationships.
Collaborate with project managers and estimators to prepare proposals.
Manage and track all sales activities in CRM software.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
Prior experience in inside sales, account management, or construction sales preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills (phone and email).
Ability to understand basic construction services and terminology (training provided).
Comfortable working remotely with a high degree of self-motivation and organization.
Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer applications (Google Workspace, Excel, etc.).
