Position: Outside Sales Representative
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Paid training (first 3 weeks), commission-only after training

Job Summary:
We are seeking driven, energetic, and customer-focused Outside Sales Representatives to generate new business, build client relationships, and promote our exterior services. Roofing sales experience is a strong plus, but not required. We provide comprehensive paid training to set you up for success.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new leads through door-to-door outreach, referrals, local networking, and community engagement.
Conduct property inspections (training provided) to assess exterior service needs.
Present and explain roofing and exterior service options to homeowners.
Prepare estimates and proposals using company tools and guidelines.
Follow up with potential customers to close deals and build long-term relationships.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, proposals, and sales activities.
Represent the company professionally at all times.
Qualifications:
Previous sales experience is a plus but NOT required — we will train the right person.
Roofing or home-improvement sales experience is highly valued.
Strong communication skills and a professional, positive attitude.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Comfortable speaking with homeowners and engaging in face-to-face sales.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
Ability to work outdoors and walk/inspect properties when needed.
