Develop experience with manufacturing special processes such as chemical processing, surface treatment, heat treatment, and painting. Assist with lab testing and verification processes.Essential Job Responsibilities:

Adapt quickly to new situations, be flexible in approach to problems, and willing to apply new ideas.

Apply positive attitude and technical aptitude.

Perform additional duties as requested.

Required Qualifications and Skills:Education: High school diploma or equivalent and enrolled in a bachelor’s degree (B.S.) or graduate degree (M.S.) program in an engineering or related technical field (preferably Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Chemistry) from a four-year accredited college or university.Skills / Experience:

Minimum Overall 3.0 GPA

Excellent reading comprehension and ability to interpret customer and industry specifications.

Demonstrated experience in team support and leadership roles is essential.

Candidates must exhibit a high level of technical innovation and initiative.

Good English verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work well with others in a team-based environment.

Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work independently with little supervision.

Computer proficiency with Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Must be currently eligible/authorized to work in the United States.
