  • As a RN - Resource Team you will assess, plan, perform, document, and evaluate professional independent nursing practice at Lakeview Hospital; to provide work direction for and oversight of the nursing care provided by unlicensed personnel; to perform and document functions such as carrying out the provider\'s medical orders; to assist providers with diagnostic and treatment procedures; to provide a safe and therapeutic environment; to coordinate, communicate, interpret, and explain patient care services to the patient, his/her family, health professionals and important others; to perform related duties as assigned. Work Schedule: 0.7 FTE. Nights. Includes an every other weekend rotation. Required Qualifications: Associate Degree in Nursing Registered nurses re-entering the nursing field, who have not completed 520 hours of nursing practice in the past four (4) years must successfully complete a recognized refresher course to qualify for employment. Written information of certification validating successful completion of a refresher course must be provided before employment.   • This is a temporary position for approximately 8-10 weeks. Provides care by performing both non-professional nursing care duties as well as professional nursing duties that are delegated and supervised by a professional nurse and are within the scope of practice and performs other duties as assigned. This role will offer various departments and shifts. Ability to communicate effectively and work cooperatively with patients, visitors, and co-workers. Ability to perform basic technical nursing skills.
