Description Part-Time Accounting Clerk (Contract-to-Hire) – Tulsa, OklahomaWe are offering an exciting opportunity for an Accounting Clerk to join our team in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This part-time role is integral to our operations within the accounting industry and offers a contract-to-hire employment opportunity.Responsibilities:
Accurately process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
Conduct account reconciliation to ensure all financial data is accurate
Assist with billing procedures and ensure all invoices are processed in a timely manner
Maintain detailed and accurate customer credit records
Utilize Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for various accounting tasks
Handle customer inquiries related to their accounts and resolve any issues that arise
Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary
Ensure all data entry is accurate and up to date
Assist other team members with their tasks when someone is out of the office
Ensure all financial procedures are completed in accordance with our company's policies and regulations
