We are an established & busy flooring company in Tulsa seeking a dedicated Warehouse and Delivery Manager. In this fast-paced role, you will be responsible for delivering and returning flooring materials to various job sites, documenting inventory changes, and reporting back to the office. Your schedule will be set the day before, allowing for a dynamic work environment where you will primarily work autonomously.

Responsibilities:
Deliver materials to commercial, new construction residential, and residential remodel flooring projects.
Pick up materials and debris upon project completion.
Meet with customers to discuss floor stain samples.
Manage warehouse cleanliness and organization.
Maintain delivery vehicles.
Keep orderly and accurate inventory logs.

Requirements:
Must be customer service oriented.
Must be punctual
Must have strong work ethic.
Must have a clean driving record.
Must have critical thinking skills.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be able to pull and back up a trailer, or be willing to learn.
Forklift experience is a plus, or must be willing to learn.
Consistency and commitment to great service for customers, vendors, and co-workers.
Must be detail-oriented for tracking inventory.
Bi-Lingual is a plus.
Construction experience is a plus.
Familiarity with navigating the Tulsa metro is a big plus.
Typical Day/Week:
Schedule: 7 am - 4 pm PLUS
30-minute lunch
45-55 hours common; overtime paid at time and a half.
Compensation:
$18-$20/hour
Phone allowance
Overtime is common and paid at time and a half.
5 days PTO after 3 months
