Responsibilities
Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary.

Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Follow lean manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency in the painting process.
Handle materials safely and efficiently, including proper storage and disposal of hazardous substances.
Assist in auto body repair or fabrication tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Proven experience in industrial painting or auto painting is preferred.
Familiarity with precision measuring instruments and their application in painting processes.
Knowledge of materials handling practices and safety regulations related to painting operations.
Experience with hand tools, power tools, and forklifts is advantageous.
Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work consistently.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
